About The Position

ADP is seeking a Benefits Relationship Life Cycle Consultant to manage a book of business, focusing on strengthening client connections through service and consultation around benefit education strategies. The role involves understanding client needs, driving results to increase benefit participation, client experience, employee retention, and employee engagement. The consultant will build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure service excellence, and help clients achieve their benefit strategies using ADP's Human Capital Management tools. This includes optimizing plan benefits, providing consultation on complex benefit strategies, and partnering with various departments to resolve escalated issues. The role requires implementing benefit strategies through presentations and involves travel to support client visits. Success in this role depends on building rapport, establishing trust, developing strategies, and maintaining professionalism. The consultant will analyze benefit trends, develop education strategies, and contribute to a positive team culture in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Candidate must be located in the Denver, CO or Tempe, AZ area.
  • Ability to travel within assigned territory based on client needs.
  • Five years of client service or client relationship management experience in a fast-paced service environment.
  • Experience in benefits.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to keep large audiences engaged.
  • Strategic thinking ability and demonstrated capacity to assess needs and provide innovative solutions.
  • A college degree is not required; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Military Experience is also considered.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish (read, write, verbal).
  • Progressive management experience in consulting or large corporate environments.
  • Experience with multiple larger complex clients or advisor relationships and dealing with a broad range of benefits or HR equivalent-related areas at senior levels of organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute benefit strategies and communication year-round to an assigned client base, reviewing strategies to drive plan participation and retention.
  • Conduct worksite benefit meetings for groups of new hires, quarterly wellness meetings to review carrier value-add information and resources, spending accounts education, year-end onboarding meetings, open enrollment meetings, and more.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on benefit strategies related to worksite employee enrollment in the plan.
  • Continually upgrade knowledge and skills in benefits, including attending training sessions and becoming a benefit subject matter expert.
  • Adhere to a daily schedule to manage meetings, calls, partner connections, etc.
