Arlington County's Department of Human Services (DHS) Economic Independence Division (EID) is seeking an experienced Benefits Program Supervisor to manage and administer a wide range of financial and medical assistance programs. These programs include Temporary Assistance to Needy Families (TANF), Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP), Medicaid, Foster Care IV-E, Child Care Subsidy, Energy Assistance, and Auxiliary Grants. The position will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of one of six operating units within the Public Assistance Bureau, which may include a combination of benefits program specialists, case aides, seasonal temporary staff, and volunteers.
