About The Position
We rely on and trust our Benefits Manager to develop, implement, and administer the organization's benefits strategies and policies. This role will be located at our corporate headquarters in Indianapolis.
Requirements
- Minimum three (3) years experience in benefits and/or Human Resources role
- Proficient with Excel
Nice To Haves
- Business Administration or Human Resources preferred
- Experience in Healthcare is a plus
