About The Position

Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a Benefits Manager to lead the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit programs that support our values and attract and retain top talent. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends leadership, compliance, and employee engagement. This position is on-site at our Tyson's Corner location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration; 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits laws and best practices.
  • Experience with ADP is a must.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Passion for creating a people-first workplace

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full cycle of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), voluntary benefits and wellness programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend benefit plan designs, vendors, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (e.g., ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA).
  • Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communication strategies.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal teams to align benefits strategy with organizational goals.
  • Analyze benefit metrics and market trends to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, and vendors.
  • Support employee inquiries and escalations with empathy and accuracy.
