About The Position

As a Benefits Manager on our People Team, you will own the day-to-day operations and administration of our global benefits programs. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the execution of our evolving global benefits strategy. This role is perfect for a high-potential individual who has mastered the fundamentals of U.S. benefits and is eager to scale their career into international benefits management and system implementation. To thrive in this role, you should be comfortable working independently on routine operational tasks while confidently partnering on complex, strategic projects—such as "in-housing" programs or scaling into new global markets. Regular collaboration with benefits brokers, People Operations, and Workplace teams will be key to your success.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills paired with a structured approach to managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and quality in all deliverables.

  • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining comprehensive "Local Benefit Guides" for each country to clearly outline statutory and supplemental coverage.
  • Partner closely with the People Services team to coordinate, track, and manage employee leaves of absence.
  • Act as the first line of support to resolve employee inquiries regarding coverage, claims, and system access with empathy and clarity. Conduct regular benefits orientations for new hires across various time zones.
