Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5-7 years of health and welfare benefits development/coordination/compliance experience, three of which must have been in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Expert level knowledge of benefits regulations and government reporting requirements.
- Experience in vendor management and benefits administration.
- Exceptional management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem solving an decision making skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state regulatory standards.
- Knowledge of various computer software applications.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- SPHR certification
- CEBS certification
- Previous healthcare experience
Responsibilities
- Has the primary responsibility for directing and coordinating the various benefits programs at Northside Hospital.
