About The Position

This role supports the global employee experience by helping ensure Apple’s benefits meet employees’ evolving needs and the company’s strategic goals. The team manages corporate monthly benefits forecasting, quarter-end reporting, and the annual plan. The analyst evaluates financial performance, presents business drivers to senior leadership, and partners with cross-functional teams throughout Apple. The role also drives continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and data analytics, including use of emerging AI technologies to improve consolidation efficiency and reporting insights. Success requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills, business acumen, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• FP&A experience, including forecasting, variance analysis, and month- or quarter-end close processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex matters clearly to senior leadership.
• Strategic thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau and Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools and a record of applying them to improve processes.
• Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where priorities shift and precision remains important.
• Ability to build cross-functional partnerships across all organizational levels.
• Self-motivation and a continuous-improvement mindset.
