Representatives focus on building long-term relationships with the individuals and families they assist, providing guidance and support through a convenient virtual process.
Responsibilities
- Provide individuals with enrollment information and confirm eligibility for available programs
- Manage inbound customer inquiries and respond to service-related questions
- Return calls and follow up with individuals requesting additional information
- Assist clients in reviewing coverage options that best meet their needs
- Prepare and explain personalized coverage options using internal analysis tools
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay informed about program updates and services
