About The Position
AO Globe Life is hiring a fully remote Benefits Coordinator to help individuals and families understand and enroll in personalized supplemental benefit options. The role involves leading virtual Zoom consultations, handling documentation and follow-ups, and supporting clients throughout enrollment with clear, professional, attentive service. The position is suitable for recent or soon-to-be graduates in business, marketing, or communications, as well as people interested in service-focused work. Full training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. This is an independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. Candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities and pay for any required pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Have a reliable high-speed internet connection and provide a computer or laptop with a webcam.
- Provide a professional remote workspace.
- Be comfortable participating in virtual meetings and using digital tools.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have a self-starter mindset and strong organizational skills.
- Be self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
