The Benefits & Compensation Analyst supports the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of the College’s benefits and compensation programs for faculty and staff. Reporting to the Associate Director for Benefits and Total Rewards, this role plays a critical supporting function, providing high-quality analytical, operational, and customer service support to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, equitable, and well documented. This position is well suited for a highly detail-oriented, analytically strong professional who works hard, manages confidential information with care, and approaches compensation and benefits work with a supportive, service-oriented mindset. The Analyst serves as the primary resource for compensation benchmarking, reporting, and data analysis, while also directly managing designated components of the College’s benefits programs.
