The Compensation & Benefits Manager is responsible for the administration and flawless execution of compensation, benefits, systems, data management, and operational processes. This role requires deep expertise in total rewards, benefits compliance and reporting, HR operations, and leave of absence administration. The successful candidate operates with a strong sense of urgency, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering work that is consistently timely, accurate, complete, and thorough.
