About The Position

As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you will support customers by answering incoming calls and helping them understand their employee benefits. Calls may include questions related to healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of calls while navigating multiple systems, actively listening, and providing clear, accurate information. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver strong customer service will help create a positive experience for every caller.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong typing and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Ability to successfully complete a paid training program
