Goodwin, an international, AmLaw 100 law firm, is seeking a self-motivated, highly driven Northeastern co-op to join the Benefits Team as the Benefits and Well-Being Co-op. The co-op will support the Benefits teams in delivering first class client service to Goodwin employees located in all US Offices. The co-op must have the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Additionally, the co-op must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. The co-op will also have the opportunity to build his/her professional brand by meeting and working closely with the firm's professional staff. This is for a 4-month Fall 2026 co-op, from August to December.

Requirements

  • Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
  • Quick learner who can manage competing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables, are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, research, and respond to employee benefits-related questions submitted through our general email box
  • Audit and reconcile employee benefits data in HRIS and vendor systems
  • Reconcile, review, and process vendor invoices
  • Support the planning and implementation of wellness initiatives
  • Assist with internal communications
  • Assist with annual open enrollment process
  • Provide support to Benefits Team with various projects
