Requirements
- Strong computer profieciency
- Data Entry Experience
- Must be self-motivated
- Must have past customer service experience
- Previous experience working in an office/professional setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Submitting Insurance Authorizations strongly preferred
- Previous experience working with Home Health authorization or billing is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Verify insurance and benefit eligibility for patients going on home health services.
- Manage workflow of incoming referral paperwork.
- Establish good lines of communication with the Intake team and Operations.
- Manage calendar to avoid interruptions in Home Health services.
- Other duties as assigned.
