You’ll support I-9 processing, benefits administration, and documentation management while partnering closely with teammates across the company. Responsibilities

  • Supporting benefits and compliance operations, including I-9 processing and benefits administration, ensuring documentation and timelines are accurate and complete.
  • Providing administrative and system support such as document management, background check processing, job description updates, and operational support for benefit plans.
  • Assisting with benefits and compliance reviews and audits by monitoring required documentation, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Monitoring shared inboxes, routing inquiries, and helping employees with general benefits-related questions.
  • Contributing to benefits and compliance initiatives like wellness efforts, vendor coordination, and process improvements alongside internal partners.
  • Jumping in wherever needed to help strengthen the team and culture, excluding licensed activities.
