This position would be an excellent opportunity for someone who currently specializes in Health & Welfare benefits and is looking to broaden their experience across a wider range of benefit programs. The role will provide exposure to retirement plan administration and leave of absence management, while also playing a key role in supporting the integration and ongoing benefits administration of a newly acquired company. This position offers the opportunity to develop a well-rounded benefits background while supporting key organizational initiatives and employee needs. The Benefits Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of all U.S. and Canadian benefit programs including but not limit to medical, dental, vision, disability, and retirement. Related duties include auditing and reconciling invoices and data files, managing leave administration, and supporting annual compliance and audit requirements. This role will require interacting with internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization including current and former employees, finance and accounting, human resource managers, and payroll. To be successful, the Benefits Analyst will need to be an excellent problem solver, critical thinker, researcher, and possess excellent analytical and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of benefit plan design, experience with benefits administration systems, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This position is located in Alpharetta, GA, and requires on-site daily attendance.
