About The Position
The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding across Georgia and is actively seeking motivated professionals in the Augusta area for a remote client benefits advisor role. This position is ideal for individuals who are either currently licensed or interested in entering a new professional field through Georgia’s supported licensing pathway. No prior insurance experience is required. For qualified candidates, we provide structured virtual training, mentorship, and guidance through the Georgia licensing process to help create a direct path into a professional remote career. This role is designed for candidates ready to build valuable business, communication, and client service skills while launching into a long-term growth opportunity.
