The Benefits Administrator is responsible for administering and maintaining Group Benefits Programs across the GoodLife Group of companies and brands. This role oversees all end-to-end benefits data in Workday and Manulife, including daily auditing, data analysis, monthly billing reconciliation, Passive Event processing, complex case correction, and resolving systemic discrepancies to ensure accurate coverage, financial alignment, and compliance. As an Associate-facing role, it delivers timely, accurate support for all benefit inquiries. The position applies policies, employment legislation, insurer contracts, CRA rules, and eligibility requirements to resolve escalations involving late applicants, EOI, payroll issues, reinstatements, dependent coverage, LOAs, LTD, and cross-system inconsistencies. The role also leads systems troubleshooting, process improvements, documentation, Associate guidance, and collaboration with Payroll, Workday, Compensation, and third-party administrators. It proactively identifies system gaps, recommends workflow enhancements, supports Workday testing, and contributes to broader benefits initiatives and enterprise projects.
