We have been experiencing growth and are currently adding a Benefits Administrator to the team. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a role where you can be trained by and work with some of the top experts in the industry. This is not a transactional data entry position. The Benefits Administrator must be a critical thinker who can evaluate information and ask the right questions. The role requires navigating complex benefit scenarios, resolving discrepancies, and working proactively rather than simply entering data.
