About The Position

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Benefits Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located in -office at Napleton’s Oakbrook Terrace Office , the Benefits Administrator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the group benefits programs. This position is a hands-on role which provides excellent customer service, supports benefit enrollment, and ensures compliance throughout benefits and leaves of absence such as FMLA/ADA. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field
  • 3-5 years+ Leave of absence experience
  • 3-5 year+ of Benefits experienced preferred
  • Intermediate to expert level skill sets with Excel and Microsoft Office
  • A self-starter with a high sense of urgency and follow-through on assigned tasks and projects
  • Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
  • 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Responsibilities

  • Reports to the Director of Human Resources, support various employee benefits and leave administration, such as FMLA, group health, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, and 401(k).
  • Provide outstanding customer service support to internal customers (employees).
  • Assists in Development of communication tools to enhance understanding of the company's benefits package.
  • Assist with design and distribution of materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and summary plan descriptions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
