Job SummaryAt Veritas Prime, we rely on knowledgeable professionals to deliver a seamless benefits experience for our valued clients and their employees. As a Benefits Administrator, you will bridge the gap between benefit administration technology and employee care, managing the day-to-day operations that keep clients' benefits running smoothly. This team member will serve as a primary point of contact for benefits inquiries and tickets, ensuring clear and concise direction, task management, and aiding in entering carrier decisions into our benefits tool. During the annual renewal season, you will play a critical role in partnering with Benefit Customer Success Managers to gather requirements, execute system configurations, and perform the rigorous validation necessary for a successful upcoming plan year. Areas of focus within this role can include: Manage and resolve daily benefits inquiries, tickets, and support requests for multiple clients Proactive management from clients for benefits questions Processing document verification requests Processing Evidence of Insurability (EOI) requests Provide assistance during the annual enrollment season, including but not limited to gathering requirements, configuring the platform, and conducting interval validation Work with Benefits Customer Success Managers to diligently track changes in requirements Willingness to understand dependencies from SAP SuccessFactors and to SAP Employee Central Payroll Partner with internal and external teams to reconcile benefit deductions and enrollments Serve as a primary contact, on behalf of clients, with carriers and other third-party administrators to address plan, rate, or integration changes
