About The Position

This role involves reviewing client plan documents and converting requirements into clear communication specifications (BRDs). The associate will create and update participant communications for US benefits plans, developing content for print, email, and web communications (both automated and personalized). Ensuring communications adhere to style and quality standards is crucial. The position requires close collaboration with programmers, testers, and SMEs to review outputs and resolve issues, as well as supporting production activities and assisting with updates and defect resolution. Partnering with client teams and internal stakeholders is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and client-facing teams.
