About The Position

This is a full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. It offers a wonderful working environment with opportunities for growth. The position is hourly and nonexempt.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a remote environment
• Strong typing and 10-key skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required
• Highly motivated
• Positive attitude
• Reliable
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
• Ability to work well within a team
• High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required

Responsibilities

• Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients
• Meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule
• Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively
• Adjudicate claims on occasion
• Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor
