About The Position

Benefit Cosmetics Canada is seeking a Full-Time Benefit Brow Expert to work at our Willowbrook Benefit BrowBar located exclusively at Sephora. A Benefit Brow Expert (BBE) is responsible for demonstrating and selling products and performing short salon services including brow mapping, tinting, waxing, shaping and laminations. BBE’s are responsible for having fun and creating an unforgettable experience for their clients. Benefit Cosmetics is the number ONE employer of Estheticians worldwide with over 1200 BrowBars and 60 Boutiques in over 35 countries. Requirements

Experience in a retail/customer service environment
Flexible regarding work hours; ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 25 lbs
Comfortable providing services in a busy, scent filled environment
Must be courteous, responsible, and a team player

Nice To Haves

Facial hair removal, waxing or esthetics certification and/or training
Likes to LAUGH, have FUN and enjoy a good cupcake.
