The Benefits and Leave Business Partner plays a vital role within the healthcare organization by supporting and administering benefits and leave programs in accordance with federal, state, and local laws (including FMLA, ADA, and other applicable regulations). This position supports a diverse workforce of healthcare professionals by ensuring consistent, compliant, and compassionate handling of benefits and leave accommodation needs to promote employee well-being and maintain operational continuity.
