About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Beneficiary Services Representative (PEBLO) at Ellsworth Air Force Base in Rapid City, South Dakota. The role guides military service members and their families through the Disability Evaluation System (DES), helping them access support and information throughout the process. The position supports the military community by coordinating cases and communicating with military leadership, medical teams, and the VA. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with no nights, weekends, or federal holidays. Requirements
- U.S. citizenship.
- An associate degree in Business Administration, Management, or Healthcare Administration from an accredited institution; education equivalency may be considered.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage sensitive information and coordinate multiple cases.

- Familiarity with military disability evaluation processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Medical Evaluation Board (MEB) and Disability Evaluation System (DES) cases.
- Assist service members with disability evaluation processes, benefits information, and required documentation.
- Coordinate appointments, referrals, and case reviews.
- Communicate with military leadership, medical teams, and the VA.
- Maintain accurate case records and meet required deadlines.
