About The Position

Bench Tech I team members in the Processing Laboratory help ensure the delivery of quality blood products to the communities served by testing blood samples and performing quality control testing. This is a full-time, second-shift position scheduled Tuesday through Saturday, with rotating holiday and on-call responsibilities. The role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, communication, and teamwork. A bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical science is highly desired; MT/MLS certification (ASCP preferred) or MLT is also noted. The position requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds. A pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
