Lafrance Hospitality is seeking an energetic and motivated Bench Sales Manager to support our South Coast area portfolio of hotels. The Bench Sales Manager is responsible for the coordination, leadership, and execution of sales activities across assigned hotel and meeting rooms. This role assists with sourcing new business, maintaining client relationships, servicing accounts, and supporting hotel sales operations where coverage is needed. Assignments may include covering vacations or leaves for hotel sales personnel, supporting hotel and banquet sales initiatives, assisting with revenue-driving sales projects, working closely with hotel leadership teams, and completing projects assigned by the Vice President of Sales or Regional Director of Sales.
