Responsibilities

  • Delivering the company’s sales and profit targets for the On-Trade channel in Brighton & South Coast.
  • Maximizing distribution of draught and packaged beer through key relationships with On Trade customers & wholesalers.
  • Managing, nurturing, and growing an existing portfolio of Lucky Saint customers.
  • Building relationships with prospective customers to grow the customer base and distribution with top venues in Brighton & the South Coast.
  • Delivering category and customer activation plans to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Supporting and assisting on a tiered targeting team strategy for securing key accounts.
  • Continually developing understanding of the beer and non-alcoholic category with a data-driven approach to sales.
  • Providing business insights and delivering performance course-correcting where needed.
  • Effectively maintaining an up-to-date CRM and essential business administration.
