About The Position

The BenAdmin Coordinator implements clients/groups as well as brokers into CRC Benefits via BenAdmin systems. This role will provide comprehensive assistance with internal sales teams and external clients over insurance systems, automating group implementation and enrollment. This is a remote role. Requirements

  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • Experience with Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook as well as web browsers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with others on projects
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external personnel - verbally, in writing, and video meetings/calls

Nice To Haves

  • Health insurance or general agency experience (preferred)
  • Has demonstrated experience in a client facing role (preferred)
  • Working knowledge or BenAdmin systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Actively engages with Benefits Administration system to complete new and renewing account installation including the set-up of group demographics, benefits plans/rates, employee census data and integrations.
  • Provides assistance to internal and external clients with basic BenAdmin Q&A, reports, troubleshooting and data questions.
  • Consistently achieves or exceeds established SLA expectations on individual performance.
  • Utilizes all tools and formats in the day-to-day management of case workload.
  • Ensures all data is current and accurate.
  • Builds strong partnerships with technical and service teams to enhance learnings, triage issues and Q&A’s.
  • Actively participate and attend meetings/trainings and apply gained knowledge to day-to-day processes.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.
  • Ability to work occasionally longer hours/weekends during peak business periods.
  • Ensures all imposed deadlines are met.
