About The Position

JOB SUMMARY At HCW Hospitality, we know that the smallest gestures make the biggest impact. As a Bell Person, you’ll be the welcoming face that greets our guests from both the hotel and the airport shuttle, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are met from arrival to departure. Your service will help create a lasting impression.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or related field.
  • A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
  • Assist with luggage handling, room orientation, and transportation needs.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
  • Assist with shuttle duties, as needed, ensuring company vehicles are handled safely.
  • Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
