About The Position
As a Bellperson, your passion for the property, and your respect for our guests’ belongings will ensure that our guests feel welcomed as soon as they arrive. Timely delivery of guests’ luggage, messages and any other items for delivery within the property. Ensure that all long-term Guest luggage is stored correctly and logged in the correct manner. Personalize guests’ orientation of their room in a professional, friendly and engaging way. Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests. Be aware of all functions that are taking place in the hotel and to direct guests to the correct destination. Delivery of guest amenities i.e. rollaway beds, microwaves, refrigerators etc. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (verbal & written).
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, overnight, weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in customer service an asset
