Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Strong knowledge of resort amenities, local attractions, and area activities.
Ability to speak and understand fluent English.
Ability to promote a positive, friendly, and “at your service” environment.
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid U.S. driver’s license.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling required.
Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality experience or Customer Service preferably within a Guest Services / Bellman environment.
Experience working in a Resort Front Office environment including previous work in customer service capacity is desired but not required.
Familiarity with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is a plus.
Multilingual abilities are preferred.
May operate hand tools or light machinery as part of job duties.

Responsibilities

Provide room orientation and assist owners and guests with luggage upon arrival, departure, or request.
Deliver requested amenities promptly and courteously.
Assist with arranging transportation to resort locations or nearby areas.
Provide accurate directions and information about resort amenities and local attractions.
Maintain the cleanliness and welcoming appearance of the lobby area.
