As a Bellperson, you will be one of the first and last points of contact for our guests, creating memorable arrivals and departures through warm, personalized service. You will assist guests with luggage, transportation needs, and hotel information while delivering the exceptional hospitality standards expected in a luxury hotel environment. This position is represented by UNITE HERE Local 2.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide professional, courteous, and personalized service to a diverse guest population.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage and other items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
  • Assist guests with luggage to and from guest rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Arrange transportation services, including taxis, rideshares, and other guest transportation requests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell desk, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
  • Safely store and retrieve guest luggage and personal belongings.
  • Work collaboratively with Front Office, Concierge, Valet, and other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and service standards.
