About The Position

Ocean 22 by Hilton Grand Vacations is seeking an upbeat Bellperson & Valet to help owners and guests make memorable vacations at its oceanfront resort in Myrtle Beach. The role greets and assists guests with luggage, deliveries, and other reasonable requests; monitors the property entrance and arrivals; shares information about room amenities and property services; and helps keep the entrance and lobby organized, safe, and clean. Team members may also assist other departments as requested by management. Open availability is requested. The resort has 220 ocean-view units and a team of more than 90 members. Requirements

Current and valid state driver's license.
Six months of customer service experience.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire work shift.
Ability to move at the speed required to respond to work situations, including running, walking, or jogging, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Greet owners and guests and assist with transporting and securing luggage.
Handle special requests and deliveries.
Monitor the property's front entrance and arrivals.
Provide instructions and information about room amenities and property services in accordance with brand standards.
Maintain an organized, safe, and clean front entrance and lobby area.
Carry out reasonable management requests, including assisting other departments.
