About The Position

Black Point Inn is seeking Bell Staff for a seasonal position from May to the end of October 2026. Bell staff are the first point of contact for guests and play a vital role in ensuring a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include welcoming and orienting guests, assisting with departures, collaborating with the Guest Services team, performing basic grounds maintenance, setting up for events, and completing daily tasks. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, works well independently or in a team, is eager to learn, and is enthusiastic about providing exceptional guest service.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to communicate in English, both orally and written, with guests and employees, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Ability to understand verbal and written directions, as well as workplace safety signage
• Active listening and observation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deal with deadlines and stressful situations

Responsibilities
