About The Position

As a Bellperson/Shuttle Driver, you provide welcoming hospitality by assisting guests with luggage and operating the Doubletree shuttle. You help guests arrive and depart, transport and store their luggage, and make their stays memorable. The position requires a CDL with a passenger endorsement.

Requirements

• Must have a CDL with passenger endorsement.
• Demonstrate Hilton’s values: hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport their luggage, and familiarize them with their rooms and amenities.
• Retrieve, transport, organize, and store guest luggage according to hotel standards and procedures.
• Operate property vehicles to transport guests to and from designated destinations.
• Keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good working order.
