About The Position

At HCW Hospitality, the Bellperson/Shuttle Driver welcomes guests and helps ensure their needs are met from arrival through departure. The role provides guest service and support with luggage, room orientation, transportation, hotel information, and the upkeep of the lobby and bell desk. The position also assists with valet parking and coordinates with the front desk and other hotel departments to support seamless service.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Assist with luggage handling, room orientation, and transportation needs.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
• Assist with valet parking as needed, handling guest vehicles safely.
• Work with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Perform additional duties assigned by management to support hotel operations.
