Serve guests in a hospitable manner to ensure a positive guest experience during arrival and departure. Show guests to their room, assist with their luggage, and explain all hotel facilities, their location, hours of operation, and answer any questions about these facilities and other hotel-related inquiries. Check luggage for hotel guests for both day and overnight stays. Maintain the designated station in the lobby, remaining alert and available to assist guests. Open doors and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner. Maintain the cleanliness of the bell stand, lobby, and baggage room, including keeping the lobby door and windows clean when not busy with guests. Post the daily events and entertainment boards in the lobby. Maintain open communication through all shifts by using the intershift log. Deliver messages and valet to guest rooms. Perform airport pick-ups and drop-offs for guests in a timely and friendly manner, and inspect vehicles. May perform valet duties as required. Assist the front desk with key inventory twice weekly. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
