We’re looking for a dynamic, service-driven Bellman & Valet to join our front-of-house team and help deliver an elevated, seamless luxury experience from arrival through departure. As a Bellman & Valet, you create the first and last impression for our guests. You will provide personalized service, ensure smooth arrival and departure experiences, and uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, attentive, and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented service.

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality, valet, or customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to safely operate guest vehicles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
  • Knowledge of the Santa Monica / Los Angeles area preferred
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong reliability and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Prior valet and/or bell service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of amenities and services
  • Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles (manual and automatic transmission)
  • Maintain accurate valet records and ensure secure handling of vehicle keys
  • Provide recommendations on local attractions, dining, and transportation options
  • Coordinate transportation requests, including taxis and rideshare services
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance, lobby, and valet areas
  • Support front office and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Handle all guest belongings with care, professionalism, and attention to detail
