Requirements

• Minimum of one (3) year experience as a Bell/door person.
• Minimum of High School education.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check and Drug Screening.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Team player.
• Ability to exceed expectations of guests.

Responsibilities

• Knowledge of Luxury Hospitality service standards.
• Welcome guests and assist guests with carrying luggage and other items to the room and as needed.
• Assists with helping change guest rooms, deliver messages or request taxis for guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of bell carts, microwaves and fridges for upon request calls.
• Deliver Cribs and Rollaway as needed.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
