The role of the Bell/Valet Attendant is to provide the utmost in guest service while ensuring that the guest’s arrival, welcoming, and hotel orientation is handled efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities

  • Greeting the guest upon arrival
  • Smile and greet guests in a welcoming manner and use the guest’s name
  • Assisting with their luggage and motor vehicle
  • Escorting the guest to their room
  • Provide room orientation in addition to hotel orientation via maps and directions
  • Assisting with guest inquiries
  • Communications with the Front Desk at all times
  • Respond to and manage phone activity at the Bell station
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
