Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas, managing guest vehicles efficiently, and communicating effectively with the front desk team to ensure seamless guest experiences. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to engage with guests, answer inquiries, and offer recommendations for local attractions or dining options. Your role will be crucial in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, showcasing our company's values of empathy, compassion, authenticity, and respect.

Requirements

  • Friendly and guest focused with strong communication skills
  • Reliable and able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Energetic and able to stay active throughout the shift

  • Must meet all driving requirements in accordance with state and company guidelines
  • Must maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
  • Stand and walk for extended periods up to 8 hours per shift
  • Frequently lift carry push or pull luggage up to 50 pounds
  • Perform repetitive motions including bending reaching and twisting
  • Safely operate vehicles for extended periods
  • Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Maintain stamina and focus throughout the shift
  • Previous Guest Service experience preferred.
  • Must be caring, compassionate and respectful
  • Must be able to maintain the physical aspects of the position.
  • Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service are key to thriving in this role.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software for logging guest information and managing vehicle details is advantageous.
