Requirements
- Guest service or Bell Person experience preferred
- Work ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key
- You’ll need a valid US driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. regularly and carry up and down stairs
- Be willing and able to work solo or as part of a team
- Be committed to Safety First
- Be organized with a great eye for detail
- Be kind to others and always bring your best
- Be a good communicator, always suggesting ideas and solutions
- Be helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile
- This is a tipped position.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and help them with their bags when necessary
- Provide information about services, entertainment, and other activities at the lodge
- Help keep the lobby and other public areas clean and welcoming
- Offers assistance to guests and teammates where needed
- Acting as Concierge and providing information on facilities, local points of interest and public areas
- Act as a team player who can complete a variety of job duties
- Lead a daily walking tour of the lodge, highlighting the unique history and culture of the lodge and local area.
- Providing in and out baggage service for tour groups (gratuities calculated per guest)
