About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Bell Person. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the check-in/check-out process and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous, efficient, and confidential manner. As part of our team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred and/or experience in a hotel, resort or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Possibly exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects such as luggage, packages, equipment, etc.
Responsibilities
- Approach all encounters with guests and associates in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Load and unload luggage carts.
- Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services and amenities (hours of outlets, waterpark, theme park, fitness center, etc.).
- Check and store luggage for arrivals and departures with luggage tags.
