About The Position

Little Palm Island Resort and Spa is seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional individual to join their team as a Beach Attendant/Dock Hand. This role offers the opportunity to work in a luxury private island resort setting. The position involves assisting guests with complimentary water sports equipment on the beach, aiding arriving yachts and seaplanes, and ensuring safe and timely luggage transport for guests. The ideal candidate will help guests enjoy their stay by facilitating the use of paddle boards, kayaks, sailboats, and small motorboats, contributing to a memorable guest experience.

Responsibilities
