Why This Role Matters We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Bell Attendant to join our team. In this role, you are often the very first and final touchpoint of a guest’s experience. Your warmth, attention to detail, and dedication to service help set the tone for every stay and leave a lasting impression long after departure.
Requirements
- Hospitality experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ pounds.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and vehicle loading and unloading.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations about property amenities, dining, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain compliance with safety, security, and ADA accessibility standards.
- Communicate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and polished professional appearance.
- Uphold company service standards and protect guest and company property.
