About The Position

Join our Guest Services team as a Bellperson and play a key role in creating exceptional arrival and departure experiences for our guests. In this position, you will welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide resort information, and deliver outstanding service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

• Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage transportation, storage, and retrieval.
• Escort guests to their accommodations and explain resort amenities and services.
• Provide information about property amenities, local attractions, dining, and transportation options.
• Deliver guest requests, amenities, packages, and messages in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns with a service-focused approach.
• Maintain luggage storage areas and bell service records.
• Support lobby operations and assist with guest arrivals and departures.
• Uphold resort service standards and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
