About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a full-time or part-time Bell Attendant to join our team at The Gideon Putnam in Saratoga Springs, New York. As a Bell Attendant, you will support day-to-day hotel operations and ensure guests have everything they need during their stay. Join our fun, collaborative team at The Gideon Putnam Resort and Spa. Located in Saratoga Springs, New York, our small town offers plenty to do, including weekly live music events, world-class horse racing, natural mineral springs, walking trails, and golf courses.

Requirements

Excellent verbal communications skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must be able to lift moderate amounts of weight

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests with luggage at check-in and check-out, and show them to their room
Explain room features, such as locks, ventilation systems, and the television, to guests
Provide guests with local information, recommendations, and directions
Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals.
Park and retrieve guests' vehicles when required
