About The Position
The Bell Attendant assists guests with luggage during their arrival and departure experience; makes necessary deliveries to and pick up from guest rooms. Makes guests feel welcomed, comfortable and well taken care of by handling all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality; accommodating special requests, resolving guest complaints, and assisting guests in all inquiries related to hotel services, hours of operation, directions, local sights and attractions, etc.
Requirements
- Solid communication skills
- Multi-tasking and organization
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and team player skills
- United States work authorization is required.
